Hi-Low Is THE Look for Prom 2013

For Prom 2012, the Hi-Low Dress made a small ripple, but for 2013, watch for a huge Hi-Low splash. The added special feature this year is that on many of the dresses, the Low part of the garment will be detachable, so the girls will have the option of switching to a short dress for dancing comfort.

Homecoming Dresses Arriving

This rainy weekend reminds us that fall is just around the corner, and in these parts fall means two things: Football and Homecoming! With football kicking off in the next week, that means homecoming activities are in the planning stages.

ETC Boutique is ready with the latest homecoming fashions from around the country. Whether you are looking for something sleek and glittery or soft and simple, ETC can match your style. And if we don't have it on hand, we can make special orders, to your size, and have the dress in five days. We also continue our promise not to repeat styles, so you won't show up at your Homecming dance to see your dress on another girl!

We also can outfit your date with an affordable tuxedo from Ascot that also can color match  your dress. We're open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and by appointment on Sundays.

One of a Kind Promise

Besides our friendly and enthusiastic service, one of the promises we are able to make as a small boutique is that we sell one-of-a-kind prom dresses. This week we had a Salina woman who was shopping for her niece's prom dress. The niece lives in another state and when she walked into her prom last year, in a school with just 50 girls attending prom, there was (horror of horrors) another girl in the same dress. Her niece is determined to not have her senior prom ruined in the same way, so she asked her aunt to help out by finding a unique dress in Kansas. Hopefully, we'll be able to share the ending of this story with you, but not until after prom!! BTW, the models pictured with this blog represent just one sample of the unique dresses you can find at ETC Boutique (not the prom dress for our aforementioned niece).
